• Email delivery (e.g. Resend) when configured
• Payments (Stripe) when configured
• AI Author Guide (DeepSeek API) when configured

• File storage (local disk, Railway volumes, or S3-compatible storage) depending on deployment

These providers process data according to their own policies and our instructions where applicable.

Retention

We retain submission and project records as long as needed for review, production, legal compliance, and business operations. You may request deletion subject to active projects or legal obligations.

Your choices
